- Full engraving of city names, which makes it possible to better distinguish them from a distance;
- The map is installed on the distance of the wall on a special mount, which provides the effect of illumination due to the shadows from the wall.
- The FACTURA map is not an exact geographic map of the country.
- Humidity, temperature changes, and direct sunlight can damage the map's appearance.
How to install:
- The map is installed to the wall on a special mount with dowels (which are included in the set);
- Approximate installation time: 1-2 hours, depending on the material of the wall.
Production time: 5-7 working days.

PROCESSING TIMES
Your order will be processed in 1-3 business days once payment is received and cleared. Order processing may take longer when we receive a huge number of orders per day. Do not be alarmed, all orders are fully insured.
PRODUCTION TIMES
Order is usually made within 3-5 business days (business days are all days except Saturday and Sunday). But usually we do our best to get your order gone as soon as possible.
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping time may vary depending on location. Our shipping usually takes 8-13 days after we process your order. Due to high demand, some of the orders may take a little longer to arrive. We strive to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible. Tracking details will be sent to you along with your shipping confirmation email.

We hope that you absolutely love every single product that we send to you.
But sometimes life happens and plans change, we get it.
We accept returns and exchanges on items that are non-personalised, non-custom made and not for release within 30 days of package receipt.
TO RETURN/EXCHANGE your order: All items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return postage and all shipping costs for the items sent in exchange.
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalised, custom made or sold out items.
REPLACEMENT PARTS: If we have made an incorrect personalization on your order, we will be happy to send you a replacement for the personalized item. We will not replace items that are incorrectly engraved because we received the wrong image/text from you.
Refund in case of force majeure
Please note! We will refund the cost of the product, but the shipping cost will be deducted from the price of the product if:
The customer was not available during the delivery process
The customer provided an invalid phone number and/or email address
If the item was used by the post office for the same reason, we are not responsible for the cost.
If the customer refuses the package without any reason, the package will be recovered and we will not be responsible for the cost.
