Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you absolutely love every single product that we send to you.
But sometimes life happens and plans change, we get it.
We accept returns and exchanges on items that are non-personalised, non-custom made and not for release within 30 days of package receipt.
TO RETURN/EXCHANGE your order: All items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return postage and all shipping costs for the items sent in exchange.
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalised, custom made or sold out items.
REPLACEMENT PARTS: If we have made an incorrect personalization on your order, we will be happy to send you a replacement for the personalized item. We will not replace items that are incorrectly engraved because we received the wrong image/text from you.
Refund in case of force majeure
Please note! We will refund the cost of the product, but the shipping cost will be deducted from the price of the product if:
The customer was not available during the delivery process
The customer provided an invalid phone number and/or email address
If the item was used by the post office for the same reason, we are not responsible for the cost.
If the customer refuses the package without any reason, the package will be recovered and we will not be responsible for the cost.
